Terms of service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Who provides Hermes Startup
Hermes Startup is provided by Diamond Hands Dig, trading as Hermes Startup ("Hermes Startup", "we", "us", or "our"), an individual operator based in Singapore. Contact us at [email protected].
Hermes Startup is an independent product for Hermes Agent users. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nous Research.
2. What the service does
Hermes Startup provides a workflow and related materials intended to help users explore, test, and act on business ideas. The free workflow runs locally in Hermes Agent by default. Any paid offer will show its exact scope, price, currency, included work, external costs, and limits before checkout.
We do not promise revenue, investment returns, a particular business outcome, provider availability, or that any idea will be suitable for you. You remain responsible for your choices, legal obligations, tax position, and any action you approve.
3. Payments and all-sales-final policy
Where a paid offer is made available, it is a one-time purchase only. There is no subscription, renewal, or automatic top-up unless a separate future offer states otherwise before purchase.
All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, unused access, or completed or delivered work. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable rights or remedies that apply under law, or rights available through Stripe or a card network. Contact us promptly at [email protected] if you believe there was an unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, billing error, or technical delivery failure.
If a refund, reversal, or chargeback is required or granted, we may revoke unused access, unused prepaid balance, or related entitlements to prevent double recovery. We do not provide cash value for promotional, consumed, or expired access except where required by law.
4. Stripe and third parties
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's services are governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy materials. Third-party tools or providers, if offered, may have their own terms, availability limits, and acceptable-use rules.
5. Your responsibilities
You must use Hermes Startup lawfully, avoid uploading credentials or confidential third-party data, and obtain any permissions needed for data, accounts, recipients, and external actions. You must not use the service to deceive, spam, harass, infringe rights, evade platform rules, or violate sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.
Hermes Startup is not legal, tax, financial, investment, employment, or professional advice. Get independent advice where appropriate.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue non-paid features to protect users, address security or legal issues, or improve the service. For a purchased offer, we will use reasonable efforts to provide the stated scope, subject to the limits and stop conditions disclosed at checkout.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hermes Startup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Contact and changes to these Terms
For questions, complaints, or notices, email [email protected]. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published here applies from its stated update date; a materially different paid offer will show its applicable terms before checkout.
