1. Who is responsible
Diamond Hands Dig, trading as Hermes Startup ("Hermes Startup", "we", "us", or "our"), is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions, requests, or complaints.
2. What we collect
The public website is a static site. It does not require an account or collect onboarding answers. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
The Hermes Startup workflow keeps raw onboarding answers and private documents in your local Hermes Agent environment by default. Do not put credentials, employer data, customer data, or other confidential information into a prompt or service unless you have the right to do so and explicitly approve the transfer.
If you make a purchase, Stripe processes your payment. We may receive limited transaction information needed to provide and reconcile the purchase, such as your email address, payment status, amount, currency, Stripe identifiers, and timestamps. We do not receive or store your full card number.
3. Why we use information
We use information only to operate and secure the website and service, provide a purchased offer, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to support requests, maintain accounting and audit records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
4. When information is shared
We share information only with providers needed to operate the service, including Stripe for payment processing and infrastructure providers for hosting and security, or where required to comply with law, enforce rights, or protect people and systems. Those providers may process information in other countries under their own contractual and legal safeguards.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including service delivery, security, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and requests
You can inspect, correct, or delete local Hermes Startup onboarding state in your local Hermes Agent environment. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The current version is published here. For privacy requests or questions, email [email protected].
