## What to include

To help us answer quickly, include: the page or step you were using, the exact wording of any error or message you saw, and, for payment questions, the email address used at checkout. We never ask for your full card number or passwords, and you should never share them.

## Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. The paid version is a one-time US$10 prepaid balance with no subscription; pay as you go, balance never expires, and auto top-up is optional.
